Why work with F.I.T. Orgs.?

The process is Implementation-based

We work with you to get results in place before we leave – not just talk and advice. We train you to be able to improve on your own, without the need for ongoing consulting.

Return On Investment is assured

You and we invest time and money. We partner with you to promote your success, because your success is the measure of our success.

The Tools and Techniques are effective

Problem solving, communication, team building, strategic planning, mistake proofing, meeting management, value stream management, Lean accounting, productivity improvement, equipment reliability, and cell design are some of the tools and techniques we offer.

There are many ways to work together

Learn through presentations, workshops, workplace implementation and on the job training.

A F.I.T. Organization

  • Acquires and applies the skills and abilities that are specific to what needs to be done, rather than generic standards of excellence.
  • Sets specific goals, objectives, measures and accountabilities, and achieves them in an efficient, responsible, timely and innovative manner.
  • Includes all stakeholders in the process.

Examples of F.I.T. Organizations

  • 3M
  • Harley-Davidson
  • Honda
  • Proctor and Gamble
  • Toyota
  • W. L. Gore

Is "Lean" the same as F.I.T. ?

Many manufacturing companies are seeking to be "Lean" by eliminating waste. Reducing waste is a very cost effective way of improving cash flow and productivity. However, a Lean organization is not necessarily a F.I.T. Organization.
